The withdrawal cannot be submitted
(a) Your available amount is 0. Please check again whether the order status is abnormal and whether it is out of the warranty period.
(b) Your available amount is less than 10EUR. You can contact the online support at 9:00-17:00 Hong Kong time on working days, and we will modify the minimum withdrawal amount for you.
(c) Your security password is wrong. You can modify or retrieve the security password in the settings of my igvault.
