Order abnormally frozen

When order is abnormally frozen, the seller should help the buyer to solve the problem in the IM system.

After the problem is solved, please contact the online customer service to apply for unfreezing.

If the seller does not respond to the buyer for more than 48 hours, we will directly refund the order.

If the buyer does not respond to the seller for more than 48 hours, please contact the online customer service for further processing opinions.
